About this project

The Cozy Contemporary project in Huntington Beach was designed around creating a more intentional and functional open-concept layout. By removing walls and structural posts, the space was reconfigured to better connect the kitchen and living areas, allowing for improved flow, natural light, and a layout better suited for everyday living and entertaining.

The remodel also transformed key areas of the home through thoughtful built-ins and architectural details, including a redesigned fireplace feature with custom arched shelving and the conversion of an unused closet into a dedicated workspace and bar area. Blending warm contemporary finishes with bold contrast, the finished design feels cohesive and thoughtfully tailored to the way the homeowners wanted to live.
